Qualified Cook

Located in the seaside village of Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula we are an Italian café serving, pizza, pasta, risotto, salads and desserts and light entertainment. We have indoor and outdoor seating with a relaxed coastal atmosphere and dining in a coastal setting near Port Phillip Bay. We are open 5pm – 9pm 5 days a week. We are now looking for a qualified cook to join our team. To apply for this position, you must have passion and pride to share great food, been in a similar role for over three years and be available to start immediately. We are offering $75K to $85K You must be able to; • Prepare and cook meals for our customers • Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes • Check food and ingredients for freshness • Arrange and garnish dishes • Work well under pressure and within the time limits • Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned • Follow food safety requirements Please provide Resume if you are interested.
