AMR REALTOR PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to support workforce management and provide professional HR advice and support across the Company's operations.

Task & responsibilities

• Provide HR advice on employment conditions, policies and workplace matters.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate employee training and workforce development.
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports and analysis.
• Coordinate HR activities across sales, property management and administration.
• Review and improve HR processes and workplace practices.

Qualification & experience

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Management, Industrial Relations or a related field is generally required.
• Relevant professional experience in human resource management may be considered where applicable.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, training and workforce development is desirable.
• Experience within a real estate or property services environment is advantageous.
