Family Health Clinic Malvern is seeking a RACGP-accredited Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner for locum coverage from 28 September to 5 October 2026 and 19 to 26 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care consultations for a diverse patient population including acute, chronic and preventative health needs.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnose conditions and implement evidence-based management plans.
• Prescribe medications appropriately and manage follow-up care in line with best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with practice nurses, administrative staff and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the practice management system and adhere to privacy and professional standards.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, health education and referrals when required.
