Location: Stockland Shopping Centre, Shop 7/1 Edwards Tce, Baringa QLD 4551

Salary Package: AUD75,000-AUD85,000

Located at Stockland Shopping Centre, Shop 7/1 Edwards Tce, Baringa QLD 4551, the restaurant specialises in high-quality, authentic cuisine served in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. As part of its continued growth, Amin's Kitchen is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join its dynamic kitchen team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
• Preparing and cooking food
• Seasoning food during cooking
• Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
• Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

Skills & Experience:

• 1 year of experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures.
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and organisational skills.
