About the Opportunity

We are seeking one full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team.

This position would suit an Occupational Therapist who values meaningful, community-based work and enjoys delivering flexible services across clinic, telehealth and mobile settings. Applications are welcomed from graduate, early-career, mid-level and experienced Occupational Therapists.

The successful applicant will manage an occupational therapy caseload, conduct assessments, prepare reports and develop practical, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

This is a full-time employee position based on a 38-hour working week.

Salary and Benefits

Flourish Holistic Services offers:

  • A salary of $90,000–$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, experience and capabilities
  • 12% superannuation

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
  • Identifying clients’ functional abilities, support needs, strengths and goals
  • Developing individualised, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Delivering occupational therapy services through telehealth, in-clinic appointments and mobile visits
  • Supporting clients to improve independence in daily living, self-care, mobility, communication, community participation, education, work and leisure
  • Recommending suitable assistive technology, equipment, environmental modifications and practical support strategies where appropriate
  • Completing functional assessments and other relevant clinical assessments within the Occupational Therapist’s scope of practic
