About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Scaffolder to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold structures across commercial and residential projects while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site requirements.

Key Duties

· Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems to provide safe access and working platforms on construction sites.

· Fit and secure scaffold tubes, braces, planks, guardrails, and associated components.

· Lift, position, and install scaffold sections in accordance with site specifications and safety requirements.

· Install guardrails, ties, guy wires, ropes, clamps, and safety netting where required.

· Inspect scaffold structures to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

· Safely dismantle and remove scaffolding upon project completion.

· Perform routine maintenance of scaffolding equipment and associated tools.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

· Work collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and other site personnel to meet project requirements.

Requirements

· Minimum 12 months' scaffolding experience.

What We Offer

· Annual salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation.
