The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and patient-focused General Practitioner to join our growing team.

This role involves providing comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, assessments and clinical examinations

• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions

• Ordering, reviewing and interpreting appropriate investigations

• Prescribing and reviewing medications within scope of practice

• Providing preventive healthcare, health assessments and lifestyle advice

• Chronic disease management and ongoing patient care

• Women's, men's, paediatric and family medicine

• Coordinating referrals to specialists and allied health professionals

• Providing appropriate follow-up and continuity of care

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Working collaboratively with allied health and other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements and professional standards

• Participating in quality improvement and professional development activities
