Perth Metropolitan Area, WA THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an animal lover who is responsible, trustworthy and enjoys caring for pets? We are seeking reliable Pet & House Sitters to provide live-in care for pets and homes while their owners are away. This opportunity provides comfortable accommodation with no rent to pay and utilities included, in exchange for providing attentive pet care and looking after the home. Some remuneration may also be considered to assist with fuel for attending meetings and house sits, as well as for successfully completed sits. ?? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Depending on each house sit, your duties may include: Feeding and caring for pets according to their usual routines Walking dogs and providing exercise and companionship Giving pets plenty of care, attention and affection Maintaining a clean and tidy home Carrying out basic household and property care Staying at the property overnight as required Following the owners' instructions and caring for their home and pets with respect Providing owners with reassurance that their pets and home are being well cared for ?? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is: Trustworthy, reliable and responsible A genuine animal lover Respectful of people's homes, belongings and privacy Comfortable caring for pets and following their routines A non-smoker Available to provide live-in care as required Ideally experienced with dogs and/or other household pets Able to communicate well with pet owners and provide dependable care A ROLE BUILT ON TRUST Pet and house sitting involves more than simply staying in a home. The successful person will be entrusted with the care of much-loved pets and someone's home, so reliability, respect and genuine care are essential.
