Contract Night shift Site Manager

Your New Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating all night shift construction activities
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
• Monitoring program milestones and driving project delivery
• Conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and pre-start meetings
• Managing stakeholder relationships within a live airport environment
• Preparing daily site reports and handover documentation
• Coordinating inspections, defect management, and quality assurance processes

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of construction delivery within live, operational environments
• Previous airport project experience preferred on Sydney mascot
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and project programs effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of Australian WHS requirements
• Construction White Card
• Relevant trade or building qualifications will be highly regarded
