Pastry Cook

Thurgoona Bakery are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Cook to join their team in THURGOONA NSW. The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess: - Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredients - Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent - Various baking techniques and methods - Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule - Stock management and ordering - Cleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulations Skills and Abilities: - Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field - Ability to work in a team environment - OH&S awareness - Food handling and RSA certificates Salary range is $75,000- $90,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Positions available Applications open on 17th September 2026 and closes on 17th October 2026 If you are interested in this role APPLY now.
