We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing initiatives that strengthen our market presence, attract new customers and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Researching customer behaviour, competitor activity and broader market conditions to identify opportunities for expanding the company's vehicle rental services.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional initiatives and customer acquisition strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
• Collecting and evaluating market and customer data to assess demand, customer preferences, pricing trends and potential areas for business growth.
• Providing recommendations to management regarding service positioning, pricing approaches, promotional activities and suitable marketing channels.
• Planning and coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant digital and traditional platforms to increase customer awareness and enquiries.
• Developing strategies to strengthen the BIGG BOXX brand, maintain consistent market positioning and improve the visibility of the company's rental services.
• Reviewing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparing performance reports, insights and recommendations for management.
• Working with management and operational staff to ensure marketing initiatives appropriately reflect vehicle availability, customer requirements and business priorities.
• Monitoring competitor offerings and changing market conditions and recommending adjustments to marketing activities where required.
• Supporting business growth by developing marketing programs aimed at customer acquisition, retention and increased utilisation of the company's rental services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Strong ability to analyse customer, competitor and market information and translate findings into practical marketing initiatives.
• Experience with digital marketing, campaign performance monitoring and preparation of marketing reports.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and operational teams while independently managing marketing projects and priorities.
