About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll deliver high-quality, client-centred care across a variety of settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting community-based consultations in clients' homes and other environments to maximise functional outcomes.
- Providing hydrotherapy sessions.
- Delivering a small percentage of consultations via telehealth.
- Treating a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on people living with disabilities.
- Working with clients across the lifespan, from paediatric to elderly populations.
- Providing post-operative rehabilitation and treatment for private clients.
- Writing reports for third parties and funding bodies.
- Managing your schedule and developing systems that support your productivity.
- Collaborating with the team to develop treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.
- Supporting the growth and awareness of the physiotherapy service.
- Creating educational resources, blogs, and information documents aligned with your areas of interest.
- Delivering internal education sessions.
- Participating in regular team meetings focused on wellbeing, professional development, goal setting, and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the enhancement of systems and processes.
- Assisting clients with equipment recommendations and support where required.
