We're looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead our melbourne venues, Munich Brauhaus, 7 Alfred, Spice Temple Melbourne, Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne and Shokunin.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety 

regulations.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Supervising day to day operations of the venue, and being responsible for venue 

operations of front of house

• Supporting the team to ensure a positive relationship between front of house and 

back of house employees

• Providing employees guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure 

compliance and a positive workplace culture

• Being present on the floor to support the team and oversee the smooth operation of 

the front of house
