Commercial Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking general and deep cleaning of hospitality premises 
• Cleaning dining, public and back-of-house areas 
• Cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchen areas 
• Cleaning bathrooms and staff facilities 
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces 
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and monitoring cleaning supplies 
• Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with hygiene, workplace safety and operational standards 
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage and hazards as required 
• Assisting with the coordination and supervision of other cleaning staff where required 

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in commercial housekeeping or commercial cleaning, preferably within the hospitality industry 
• Experience undertaking high-volume and deep cleaning 
• A good understanding of hygiene and workplace safety requirements 
• Strong organisational and time-management skills 
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Flexibility to work across the employer’s hospitality operations as required 
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required 

Please note that this is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the South West region of Western Australia.

This is a long-term position, and we are seeking applicants who are genuinely looking to commit to the role on an ongoing basis.

This is a full-time position working across the company’s hospitality operations. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the employer’s premises.

Salary: $71500-73000
