Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are served professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Supervise, coordinate and train bar and food and beverage staff of a lower grade
  • Prepare and mix a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Take drink orders and prepare garnishes and accompaniments
  • Take reservations, greet and seat guests, and undertake general waiting duties as required
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of bar areas, tables, glassware and equipment
  • Monitor service standards and assist staff during busy periods
  • Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and workplace health and safety procedures
  • Identify and report operational, maintenance and safety issues where required

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor
  • Strong cocktail preparation and mixology skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and staff training experience
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Please note that this is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the South West region of Western Australia.

This is a long-term position, and we are seeking applicants who are genuinely looking to commit to the role on an ongoing basis.
