Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks and provide advice on menu items where required
• Clear and reset tables throughout service
• Process customer payments, including cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas
• Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace procedures

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• At least 12 months of full-time experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Location

Please note that this is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the South West region of Western Australia.
