Waiter (Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage service across dining areas
• Ensure customers are served professionally, efficiently and promptly
• Supervise, coordinate and train waiters
• Monitor service standards and assist staff during busy service periods
• Manage stock control 
• Balance cash registers and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation
• Exercise appropriate patron care and ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across service areas
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards and operational concerns

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality food and beverage service (at least 12 months of full-time experience)
• Strong leadership, communication and staff training skills
• A sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol, hygiene and food safety standards
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Please note that this is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the South West region of Western Australia.

This is a long-term position, and we are seeking applicants who are genuinely looking to commit to the role on an ongoing basis.
