Commis Chef / Cook

We are currently recruiting for Commis Chef and Cooks to join our kitchen team and are looking for passionate, reliable team members who are interested in Thai and Asian cuisine. What we are looking for: At least 6 months kitchen experience, ideally with pub food and/or Thai/Wok cuisine Currently studying or completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery A genuine interest in Thai and Asian cuisine Passion for creating consistent, high-quality dishes Reliable, hands-on and willing to pitch in wherever needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Weekend availability is essential
