Butchers / Meat Process Workers

Fair Dinkum Fresh is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Butchers / Meat Process Workers to join our production team If you have experience in meat processing or food manufacturing and are looking for a stable, full-time role in a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you. Roles and responsibilities: * Assisting in meat processing and packing, trimming, cutting and portioning meat * Weigh and vacuum-seal raw meat products * Lift/carry/push trolleys, cages and tubs of meat, and transfer into trolleys for display * Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets Skills and criteria: * Previous experience in meat processing * Ability to work in a cold environment * Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks * Able to stand for extended periods * A hardworking attitude and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels * Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum Full-time positions are available.
