Coordinate daily workflows to maintain efficient service during busy periods, support staff training and performance, monitor food safety and workplace health and safety requirements, and ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and service workflow.
• Supervise, roster and support store employees.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock ordering.
• Manage cash handling and daily sales records.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Monitor store performance and identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s policies and operating procedures.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
• Have experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a busy store and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
