Task & responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating daily operations on our charters/events, ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, local laws, and company policies
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training
- Handling guests' inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Managing day-to-day operations of the cruise, from staffing to inventory management.
- Ensuring the cruise complies with health and safety regulations
Qualification & experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- At least Diploma in relevant field is required
- Experience in leading a team
- Team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive communication skills, energy, and attitude
- Willingness to attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for personal and professional development as required
