Labourer

A local engineering company is seeking two Factory Workers to join their team manufacturing agricultural equipment. These are full-time positions working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. The successful applicants will be physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour in a busy workshop environment. One of the positions offers full on-the-job training in sandblasting, providing an excellent opportunity to develop specialised skills within the engineering and manufacturing industry. Duties will include assisting with the manufacture and assembly of agricultural equipment, operating workshop machinery and tools, handling materials, preparing components for production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting general factory operations as required. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment. A strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements is essential, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a current Forklift Licence and have previous forklift operating experience.
