Position Overview Role Title: Solution Delivery Manager Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Language Requirements: Business-level fluency in English is mandatory Key Responsibilities You will serve as the premier delivery authority post-sale, ensuring that our customers' technological visions become reality. Delivery Governance & Oversight: Take ownership of the successful delivery of OutSystems projects within a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders (ranging from Project Managers to C-level executives) and set clear, realistic expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Partner Ecosystem Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our network of System Integrators (SIs) and delivery partners. Provide architectural oversight, guidance, and best practices to ensure partners are delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. Risk Mitigation & Escalation Management: Proactively identify project risks, technical roadblocks, and resource constraints. Develop robust mitigation strategies and manage escalations gracefully and effectively. Agile Advocacy: Champion Agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices. Guide customers on how to optimize their internal processes to maximize the speed and agility of the OutSystems platform. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey from pre-sales through implementation and into long-term adoption. Qualifications We are looking for a professional who possesses a rare blend of technical delivery acumen, polished stakeholder management skills, and strong business empathy. Professional Experience: 15+ years of experience in Software Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software implementations. Delivery Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. Technical Foundation: A strong technical background with an understanding of modern web/mobile application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration patterns. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to translate complex technical challenges into business impacts for executive leadership, while maintaining a collaborative, "no-ego" approach typical of our business culture. Problem Solving: Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management in high-pressure environments. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically within the ANZ region for key client engagements and project kick-offs as needed.
