As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main tasks will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring baking times, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Shape dough and place it in pans, molds, or on baking sheets
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
• Decorate and glaze finished products
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualification & experience

• At least 3yrs related work experience
• Proven experience as a or similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
