Supply and Distribution Manager

AFGRI Equipment is seeking a Supply and Distribution Manager in Lake Grace. About the role: - Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and distributionstrategies, policies and plans - Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost - Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements - Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels - Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, andensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times - Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outwardgoods and associated forwarding transportation - Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions - Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance - Provision of products and services to meet customer or client requirements About you: - Relevant Degree is desirable -Supply and Distribution experience in an agricultural setting desirable - Experience in managing stock and the distribution thereof. - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software What we offer: - Annual salary - Extensive product training - Internal and external career development and training opportunities - Supportive team and working environment Salary Range $80 000 - $100 000 per annum If this sounds like the role for you, please Apply Now!
