Job Description Little Kingdom Child Care Pty Ltd Fatima Pajmakoski 0413485131 fatima@littlekingdomchildcare.com.au Child Care Worker - Early Childhood Worker Little Kingdom Care Centre is now looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) Child Care Worker - Early Childhood Worker to join our centre. Responsibilities • Organizing and setting up items and gear for educational programs and playtime for kids • Promoting positive interactions among children and helping them improve their social skills • Leading and organizing engaging sessions for youngsters • Captivating kids through interactive storytelling and playful activities • Overseeing youth during play and leisure time • Monitoring children's everyday schedules • Ensuring cleanliness and personal care practices are followed by kids Requirement: • At least 1-year relevant experience • Relevant Qualifications • Be a positive person who will develop strong relationships with families, children, colleagues and the community in an inclusive manner. • Actively join our group of educators with a focus on providing a culture of excellence in education, care and supervision of all children. • Have excellent written and verbal skills. • Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully contribute to every element of the National Quality Standards. • Have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. • A sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations, Legislation and Law. Full time position salary range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00
