Our Early Learning Centre (ELC) is a haven for active young minds and busy bodies in an engaging play-based environment.

As an Educator, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a safe, supportive and inclusive learning enviroment that promotes children's wellbeing, development and participation.
• Work Collaboratively with educators and education leader to plan, implement and evaluate the educational program.
• Encourage children to participate in group activities, problem-solving experiences,creative play, sensory activities and other learning experiences.
• Support an inclusive enviroment where children feel repected, valued and encouraged to develop independence and confidence.

About Company

Established in 2014, the ELC offers a bespoke approach to early childhood education and recognises the importance of fostering curiosity and exploration in our littlest learners. Operating five days a week, from 8am – 6pm, our program achieves key developmental milestones for our 2-4 year olds, while providing an engaging space for social and emotional growth, where every child is known and nurtured.
