We are looking for a skilled Cook at RND Bondi to prepare and cook high-quality dishes.

Task & responsibilities

Cook

• Inspect quality of food
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes
• Store food and ensure food safety requirements are met
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
• 1 year experience in your role in a similar sized kitchen
• Proven experience as a Cook
• Strong knowledge of Australian cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
