A well-established crushing and quarry operation based in Melbourne's North, is seeking an experienced Loader Operator and Trade Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-permanent basis. Your new role

• Operating a front-end loader safely and efficiently
• Loading trucks and managing stockpiles
• Assisting with routine plant and equipment maintenance
• Carrying out general labouring duties across the site
• Supporting breakdowns, repairs and site upkeep activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience operating a front-end loader
• Relevant machinery tickets and licences
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with maintenance
• Understanding that maintenance and labouring are key requirements of the role
• Reliable transport
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing
