The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and qualified Child Care Workers/Room Leaders/Lead Educators to join our dedicated early childhood education teams in our NSW and ACT centres. You will play a vital part in supporting children's learning and development while upholding the values of respect, integrity and care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing, inclusive care and supervise children at all times.
• Support daily routines: meals, rest, hygiene, toileting and transitions.
• Implement play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Observe, document and communicate children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Maintain clean, organised and engaging learning environments.
• Follow health, hygiene, safety and emergency procedures.
• Build warm, professional relationships with families.
• Work collaboratively with educators and contribute to the QIP.

Additional duties for Room Leader/Lead educators

• Mentor and guide educators in interactions, planning and supervision.
• Lead daily room operations and ensure consistent, high-quality practice.
• Coordinate routines, resources and communication with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and NQS.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration

Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

A passion for inclusive, play-based learning

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $70000-85000
