Company: Big Mouth Employment Pty Ltd Role: Information and Organisation Professional nec Position: Full Time Permanent Salary: $80,000 to 90,000 per annum, plus 12% super Location: Alexandria, NSW 2015 Role: Responsible for analysing organisational structures, information and workflows across production, procurement, sales and distribution, and advising management on process and policy improvements to increase efficiency. Job Duties: - Analysing the company's organisational structures, workflows and business processes across production, distribution, procurement and sales functions to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement; - Developing and implementing recommendations for organisational and process improvements to support consistent, efficient operations across the production facility and multi-state distribution network; - Reviewing and redesigning standard operating procedures, and preparing supporting process documentation and policies, for functions including procurement, production scheduling, quality assurance and dispatch; - Coordinating cross-functional alignment between production, logistics, sales and administration teams to support consistent processes across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA operations; - Assisting in the development of organisational policies, procedures and compliance frameworks relevant to food-safety and quality obligations (e.g. allergen management and batch traceability workflows); - Conducting research and data analysis on operational performance metrics and workflow effectiveness, and providing insights and recommendations to management; - Supporting review and improvement of procurement and vendor management processes to support business growth; - Assisting with organisational structure and staffing-model planning as the business scales its operations across multiple states; - Preparing reports and documentation of process reviews, findings, and implementation plans for management; and - Liaising with department heads and managers across functional teams to implement agreed process and organisational changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1-year mandatory Full-time work experience. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification Skills and Persona Attributes: - Ability to work independently on complex or cross-functional projects. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables. - Familiarity with Australian regulatory or policy frameworks is highly regarded. - Skilled in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualisation or reporting tools is a plus
