Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, team satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll inspire a culture of excellence and lead by example in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer delight. 

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.

Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies.

Promote and advertise Pappa Flock’s goods and services to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.

Sales & Marketing:

Drive local area marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

Lead and train the team in effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Inventory Management:

Order stock, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Financial Management:

Prepare budgets, forecast sales, and manage controllable costs (labor and cost of goods).

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.

Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Food Safety regulations.

Maintain Pappa Flock’s brand standards consistently.

Pappa Flock is a rapidly growing Australian fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in fresh, never-frozen, hand-breaded chicken tenders. Founded in 2023 in Parramatta, NSW, the brand has expanded to 12 locations across New South Wales, Queensland and, now, Victoria.
