Harvest and Process Worker Team Leader

Riviera Farms Pty Ltd is looking for a team leader to manage our harvest and processing crews of up to 7 workers. This would be a full time position of 38hrs per week with in the Horticultural Award Level 3 (for more information on pay and conditions please refer to the Horticultural Award 2020 and the National Employment Standard) We are looking for potentially 4 team leaders commencing in January 2027 for 4 years ending in January 2031 in locations in Bundaberg QLD Your duties each day may include: Crew Supervision in the field Drive workers from one location to another Liaising with Managers and Welfare Coordinators Picking various horticulture products Crop planting and maintenance Weeding and irrigation Packing products in the packing shed General farm duties as required by farm management Ensure workers are complying with the OHS and quality Management Systems requirements Selection Criteria Hold a current Drivers License Be willing to obtain a High Risk Fork Lift License Can follow instruction, give instruction and apply new processes quickly Ability to manage staff in a team environment with a wide variety of cultural and ethnical backgrounds Demonstrate good communication skills and complete time sheet calculation Strong work ethic and punctual Ability to work in weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
