Nortwest College is seeking a qualified and dynamic Advertising and Marketing Professional to join our Sydney CBD campus. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Nortwest College’s education programs, with a special emphasis on student recruitment from the Latin American market.

The successful candidate will bring strong marketing knowledge, cultural understanding, and Spanish language proficiency to strengthen the college’s engagement with education agents, prospective students, and stakeholders across Latin America.

Benefits

Annual Salary: AUD 75,000 – 85,000 (based on qualifications and experience).

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to attract international students, with a focus on Latin America.

Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional content in both English and Spanish.

Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, consultants, and partners in Latin America.

Analyse market trends and student recruitment data to optimise marketing strategies.

Coordinate marketing events, fairs, and promotional activities locally and internationally.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing outcomes and regional performance.

Qualification & experience

Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related discipline (mandatory).

Professional experience in advertising, marketing, or international education recruitment.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of Latin American cultural and market dynamics.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Experience in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
