CPC Engineering is a mid-tier Engineering Company with over 50 years’ experience in the Mining Sector, and are 100% West Australian owned and operated.

We're hiring Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers for full-time, ongoing work across our Esperance and Albany locations! No FIFO — this is local, steady work covering shutdowns, projects, workshop jobs, and grain industry/harvest season support.

Great opportunity if you want consistent hours, a change of scenery, and to be part of a solid regional team on the WA south coast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Mechanical fitting, maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment
• Boilermaking, fabrication and welding
• Shutdown and project work
• Grain handling equipment support during harvest season
• Workshop duties in between site jobs

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualified Fitter or Boilermaker (Cert III)
• Willing to pass a medical and drug & alcohol test
• Good attitude, reliable, safety conscious
• Shutdown, agricultural or regional experience a bonus
• Open to working at either our Esperance or Albany site
