The Baker is responsible for mixing, shaping and baking bread, pastries, cakes and other bakery products. Duties include preparing sandwiches and food items, presenting products attractively, monitoring ingredient quality and stock levels, and maintaining clean bakery equipment and work areas. The successful candidate must have good time-management and problem-solving skills and work collaboratively to support the overall success of the bakery team.

Benefits

• Annual salary of $79,000–$82,000 plus 12% superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Mixing, shaping and baking of bread
• Perform general bakery equipment cleaning
• Monitor ingredients for quality and quantity
• Be good time management

• Organise and prepare food
• Present Food
• Prepare Sandwiches
• Prepare and Produce Pastries
• Prepare and Produce Cakes
• Prepare Bakery Products for Patisseries

Qualification & experience

• Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required. 
• Prefer a bilingual speaker (English/Vietnamese)
• Prefer a full work right candidate

Nagambie Bakery & Coffee Lounge is well received and patronised in the Victorian

community of Nagambie. All of its produce is prepared and baked in-house.
