Grounds and Maintenance Staff – 3 Positions Busselton–Dunsborough Region, WA TeamsWork Services Pty Ltd is seeking three reliable and motivated grounds and maintenance staff to work at a five-star resort in the Busselton–Dunsborough region. Positions commence in October and November 2026, with work available for a minimum of 12 months. About the role Duties include: • General garden maintenance, including lawn mowing, weeding, rubbish collection and outdoor upkeep. • Minor reticulation repairs and general non-trade maintenance. • General pool cleaning. • Routine checks of buildings and facilities, reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor. About you We are looking for people who: • Enjoy practical outdoor work and can safely undertake the physical duties of the role. • Are reliable, willing to learn and have good attention to detail. • Can work independently following instruction and as part of a team. • Can understand safety instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues. • Are willing to learn basic computer tasks associated with maintenance records. Previous industry experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided, including safe equipment use and relevant workplace procedures. Hours and conditions These are full-time positions offering 38 hours per week, rostered over five days, which may include weekends and public holidays. Shifts generally operate between 8.30 am and 5 pm, with breaks and roster arrangements in accordance with the applicable award. The work will be paid as per the Hospitality Industry Award at a grade 2 level 2 . Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
