Due to increased demand, multiple opportunities are available for Customer Experience Coordinators to join a supportive and collaborative team based in Pymble.

Your New Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a positive experience from order through to handover. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while managing enquiries, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating customer orders and vehicle delivery activities to ensure timely completion
  • Providing proactive updates and exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation within internal systems
  • Managing customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes
  • Monitoring service milestones and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Processing documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining reports and tracking outstanding actions to ensure follow-up occurs within required timeframes
  • Contributing to process improvements and service excellence initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, order management, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Confidence communicating via phone and email with customers and suppliers
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
