Qualitative Data Analyst (APS5/6 Equivalent) - Disability Supports

The Essentials

Role: 6-month casual contract (up to 37.5 hrs/week) with a possible 18-month extension.

Locations: Hubs in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.

Start: Immediate start required.
What You'll Do

Analyse: Code and organise structured/unstructured qualitative data using tools like NVivo.

Discover: Identify themes, mitigate bias, and synthesise findings from public consultations.

Report: Create punchy summary documents, charts, and visualisations for executive leadership.

Process: Transcribe audio and video submissions and refine survey content.
What You Bring

Strong expertise in qualitative research methodologies and thematic analysis.

Hands-on proficiency in QDA software (NVivo or similar).

Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Highly Desirable: Background in health/disability research or government advisory.
