Renowned for delivering exceptional property services and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, they are seeking an experienced Property Team Administrator to support their high-performing Commercial Sales & Leasing team.
Your new role
- Preparing contracts, lease documentation and agency paperwork
- Coordinating property marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Managing online listings and marketing collateral
- Maintaining CRM systems and database accuracy
- Assisting with proposals, reports and client correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the wider commercial property team
- Supporting general office operations and business processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience, ideally within property, real estate or a professional services environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience using Canva or similar design platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented approach
