Retail supervisor

Supervise and support retail staff during daily store operations Allocate daily tasks organise staff coverage and assist in preparation of rosters Train coach and mentor sales staff in customer service product knowledge and sales techniques Open and close the store and ensure appropriate security measures Provide high quality customer service and assist customers with product selection purchases exchanges and using point of sale system Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Process sales, refunds, and exchanges using point of sale system Perform daily cash handling, till Reconciliation , and end of day procedures Monitor stock levels and co ordinate stock replenishment and transfers Receive check record incoming stock Conduct regular stock takes Ensure jewellery and merchandise is displayed attractively and displays maintained to brand standards Assist with visual merchandising and promotions Maintain accurate product pricing, labelling and inventory records Monitor sales performance Maintain store cleanliness presentation cleanliness presentation and workplace safety standards Ensure staff comply with company policies procedures and relevant retail requirements Communicate operational Issues staffing matters or customer complaints to relevant management Assist store manage with day to day running and take responsibility when store manager unavailable Annual salary range $80,000-$85,000
