Task & responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cost management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales, customer satisfaction, and
• operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and satety regulations
• Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings
• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment
• Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to support the overall business objectives

Qualification & experience

• Diploma in Business/Administration or higher qualification in related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management
• preferably in the supermarket or grocery industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Experience with inventory management software
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
