Personal Carer

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including mobility, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and eating/drinking Assist in the daily preparation, service, and delivery of meals to our residents Observe and record in individual care notes and operate in accordance with care plan Ensure resident’s comfort and dignity at all time Recognise health and environmental hazards and be proactive in corrective action About You: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support Demonstrated experience and a passion for working in Aged Care. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including a Booster shot from the last 12 months) and 2026 Seasonal Influenza vaccination NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain one) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles The salary for this position will be $71,590.48 as per the Aged Care Award.
