Work alongside experienced bakery professionals Working Hours: 2:00am – 10:00am Six days per week Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required About the Role As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety. Your duties will include: Preparing and mixing doughs and batters Producing breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately Operating and monitoring bakery equipment Following recipes and production requirements Ensuring products are baked to a high standard Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures Assisting with daily bakery production Working effectively as part of a team About You We’re looking for someone who: Is a qualified Baker Has commercial baking experience Has strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes Takes pride in producing quality products Is reliable, punctual and hardworking Can comfortably work early morning shifts Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Understands food safety and hygiene requirements If you’re a qualified Baker looking for a great opportunity in Frankston, we’d love to hear from you.
