We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Public Amenities Cleaners to join our team servicing public amenities in Truro, South Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and presentable public facilities and is looking for consistent part-time work. About the Role The position involves the cleaning and servicing of public amenities 7 days per week, with cleaning duties scheduled across both morning and afternoon shifts. The position offers approximately 6–10 hours of work per week, with specific working times and days to be discussed with successful applicants based on operational requirements. Key Responsibilities -Cleaning and maintaining public amenities to a high standard -Cleaning toilets, washrooms and other designated areas -Replenishing consumables and supplies as required -Ensuring amenities are clean, hygienic, safe and presentable for members of the public -Following all cleaning procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies -Using cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately -Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or concerns promptly -Maintaining a professional and respectful approach while working in public areas -Completing cleaning duties within the allocated timeframe We are looking for someone who is: -Reliable, punctual and responsible -Able to work independently and manage cleaning duties effectively -Comfortable working across morning and afternoon shifts -Available to work as required across a 7-day service schedule -Physically capable of performing general cleaning duties -Well-presented and professional -Able to follow instructions, policies and procedures -Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering a high standard of cleanliness -Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential for the right applicant To be considered for this position, applicants must have: -A current Driver's Licence -Reliable transport and the ability to commute reliably to and from the work location -A current National Police Check -A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) -The ability to comply with Nationwide Cleaning Services' policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements If you are dependable, take pride in your work and are looking for a part-time cleaning opportunity in the Truro area, we would love to hear from you.
