Salt Refinery Labourers

Our client located in Mulgundawa SA 5255 is an Australian owned business delivery the finest quality salt products to eastern Australia. Roles start in November 2026. 9 months of work on offer Casual work minimum 30 hours per week. 10 roles on offer - no experience required. Starting pay is $34.14/hour Level 1 Salt Industry Award. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award Onsite training provided with progression opportunities. Monday to Friday, Morning and afternoon shifts 6am to 2.30pm & 2.30pm – 10.30pm. Some weekend work may be required Flexibility to work these hours is essential. The Role • Maintaining a safe and clean work area • Operating equipment to produce bulk and bagged products • Warehouse duties including operation of pallet wrapper • Lifting and sorting of large salt bags • Working with conveyors • Heavy lifting Criteria • Work well in a team environment • Safety conscious and able to follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures. • Guaranteed commitment to shift times, being flexible and punctual • Ability to conduct physical work in cold & hot environments • Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, which includes Drug and alcohol testing
