Your new role

We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join the production mining team on an 8/6, 7/7 roster, working 12-hour shifts with all meals and accommodation provided. These permanent opportunities offer DIDO or BIBO options from Townsville with multiple bus pick up locations.

You will operate a range of production mining excavators, including:
Liebherr R9100
Hitachi EX1200-6
CAT 336D2L
Komatsu PC138US-11

Working within a high-performing mining team, you will be responsible for safe and efficient digging, loading, stockpile management, and supporting daily production targets.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience operating production mining excavators
Experience on one or more of the listed excavators
Previous experience in an open cut mining environment
Relevant RII competencies
Current open manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Ability to complete a National Police Check
