Experienced Barista

Hi Team, I have spoken with Morris + Heath in Hoppers Crossing and they are currently looking for an experienced Barista & All Rounder. Location: Hoppers Crossing Shopping Centre Transport: Close to Hoppers Crossing Station Employment: Full Time, Part Time or Casual Hours: 20 to 38 hours per week Pay: $26.44 to $48.41 per hour depending on employment type, classification and penalties Experience Required This is NOT an entry level Barista opportunity. Candidates must have at least 2 years professional Barista experience and be confident stepping straight into a busy commercial cafe. They are looking for someone with: Commercial coffee machine experience Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills Ability to dial in and adjust coffee throughout service Confidence working independently on the machine Ability to maintain speed and quality during busy periods Strong customer service and communication Reliability and punctuality Willingness to assist with running coffees, floor service and general cafe duties How to Apply Suitable participants should print an updated resume, present professionally and visit Morris + Heath directly.
