Your new role

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of sites. Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, contractors and service providers, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage compliance activities, support reporting requirements and help deliver a positive workplace experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
  • Managing contractor engagement, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Supporting compliance, safety and regulatory obligations.
  • Assisting with minor works and facilities-related projects.
  • Maintaining asset registers and supporting maintenance reporting.
  • Managing workplace requests and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, landlords, service providers and regional site contacts.
  • Supporting budget management, reporting and operational performance activities.
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination, property operations or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of compliance, workplace safety and maintenance processes.
  • Strong administration, reporting and systems skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • A willingness to undertake occasional regional travel
