Junior Draftsperson / Estimator – Steel Framing Dynamic Steelform – Forrestdale, WA. Dynamic Steelform is a Perth-based steel manufacturing company specialising in steel framing and other steel building products. We are looking for a Junior Draftsperson / Estimator to join our Steel Framing Department. About the Role You will work with our drafting, estimating and production teams to: 1. Read architectural and structural drawings. 2. Create 3D steel framing models using Vertex. 3. Prepare material take-offs and quantity lists. 4. Prepare quotations for new projects. 5. Check dimensions, openings and framing requirements. 6. Prepare production and manufacturing information. 7. Work closely with the drafting, estimating and production teams. 8. Full training in Vertex software will be provided. About You 1. Interest in construction, drafting or steel framing. 2. Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills. 3. Able to read basic building drawings. 4. Good computer skills and willingness to learn. 5. Reliable, organised and a good team player. 6. Previous drafting, estimating, CAD or construction experience is preferred but not essential.
